I'm Kathryn Holm, RDN, LD, CD, CLC, owner of HolmMade Nutrition, LLC. I have been a dietitian for over twenty years and spent many years in clinical (hospital) practice. I have a Certificate of Training in Adult Weight Management and have loads of patient/client success stories.

  • How long do I have access?

Six (6) months from the program commencement. However, it is strongly recommended to follow through the course as scheduled weekly to ensure the best outcomes. The materials are available to you an additional three months for your convenience to re-view them as desired.

  • How long are the videos?

The videos vary in length, but in order to keep this manageable for busy people, they are usually around 15-20
minutes, with a few exceptions shorter and longer. The goal is not to take more of your time than necessary, while still helping you get great results.

  • Is there a payment plan?

Yes, for the regular price only. If you want to get the early bird discount, you must pay in full.

  • What is the refund policy?

This program is backed by a full money-back guarantee for the first 14 days of the program, so there is no risk in signing up! After the initial two weeks, however, no refunds are given.

  • Will I get access to a dietitian?

YES! There will be weekly live Q&As and email access directly with Kathryn, a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. You will also get valuable learning with the community.

  • What if I want individual nutrition counseling/coaching sessions?
